About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive high-value partnerships with airlines, major OTAs, hotel chains, fintechs, and Fortune 1000 companies. In this role, you will manage complex B2B2C sales cycles, working with multiple stakeholders and engaging directly with C-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex enterprise deals from initial engagement through contract signature

  • Orchestrate multi-stakeholder sales processes across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance

  • Build and execute strategic account plans using MEDDPICC framework

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives

  • Lead boardroom presentations and Executive Business Reviews

  • Design customized solutions including deep custom integrations, various revenue models, and SLA structures

  • Build comprehensive business cases with long-term ROI projections

  • Navigate RFI/RFP processes, security reviews, and legal negotiations

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineer on technical architecture and integration planning

  • Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Customer Success)

  • Manage pilot programs and proof-of-concept implementations


What We re Looking For

  • 3+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota overachievement

  • 2+ years selling to Fortune 1000, airlines, major OTAs, fintechs, or global enterprises

  • Proven track record closing high-value deals with extended sales cycles

  • Background in travel tech, telecom, fintech, API/platform, or white-label partnerships is preferred

  • Expert in consultative and value-based selling (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale methodologies)

  • Exceptional C-suite communication and boardroom presentation skills

  • Deep understanding of airline, OTA, hotel, or fintech/neobank industries

  • Strong business case development and financial modeling capabilities

  • Systematic and consistent in follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle

  • Ability to lead technical discovery and solution design workshops

  • Expert-level Pipedrive CRM proficiency

  • Fluent in English (С2), other languages are highly valued
