Our Client - the Worldwide International Ecoservice Company is looking for "Performance Marketing Specialist"/"Mobile App User Acquisition"
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing / PPC Specialist with proven experience in mobile app user acquisition. The role is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end across key channels, while maintaining strong control over budgets, reporting, and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- App Install & Growth Campaigns
- Plan and execute scalable user acquisition campaigns focused on app installs and quality users (downstream performance).
- Optimize toward CPI (Cost Per Install) and additional funnel KPIs (activation/retention where available).
- Channel Ownership
- Manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Continuously test and improve audiences, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Manage campaigns across:
- Optimization & Scaling
- Day-to-day campaign optimization: budgets, bids, creatives, placements, targeting, and pacing.
- Run structured A/B tests and implement learnings to scale efficiently.
- Creative & Messaging Management
- Collaborate on creative strategy and iteration (ad formats, hooks, copy, landing flows if relevant).
- Ensure continuous creative refresh to avoid fatigue and improve performance.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Insights
- Ongoing monitoring and performance control (daily/weekly).
- Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide forecasts, scaling plans, and budget allocation logic.
- ASO Support (App Store Optimization) Not a must
- Support paid acquisition via ASO improvements (store page optimization, keyword strategy, conversion rate improvements).
- Coordinate store listing tests/iterations where possible.
Required Qualifications
- High education
- English - from strong Intermediate level (oral and written), enough for daily communication with Team Lead in Israel
- Proven experience managing performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally with high-volume acquisition.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads (including UAC/App campaigns)
- Meta Ads (FB/IG)
- Strong optimization mindset: CPI control + scaling with performance stability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MMPs (Adjust) and attribution concepts (preferred).
- Experience optimizing beyond installs (activation, retention, ROAS/LTV) when data is available.
- Experience in ride-hailing / mobility / on-demand services.
- ASO hands-on experience (keywords, conversion optimization, listing experiments).

- Working schedule: 10:00 AM - 17:00 PM, Sunday -Thursday.
- Salary: Fix +monthly bonuses based on KPI's
