• Work with various marketing campaigns aimed at attracting, retaining, and re-engaging clients.
• Conduct outbound calls following prepared scripts and communication guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Communicate in line with corporate ethics and internal procedures.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the team.

• Mandatory:

• Fluent spoken Farsi with rich, accurate language.
• Basic Russian or English.
• Basic skills in client communication and phone interaction.
• Willingness to work from the office.

• Preferred:

• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong motivation to communicate with clients by phone.
• Personal Qualities:
• Communication skills, goal orientation, responsibility, flexibility, understanding of corporate structure and ethics.

• Probation Period : Approximately 3 months (depending on performance)

• Schedule : Flexible start between 09:00 11:00; core team hours 10:00 18:00

  Standard work schedule is 5/2, 8-hour working day and official employment.
