SWISSAM International University is inviting F&B Lecturer

JOB DUTIES:

• Planning, organizing and implementing the F&B service course

• Teaching of assigned program in English using materials, presentation, course book, case studies provided by SWISSAM

• Use appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods.

• Supervise student projects, and/or e.g. field trips and, where appropriate, placements.

• Contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material.

• Set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.

• Applying professional knowledge and industry networking to advise the School on delivering assigned classes

• Attend faculty meetings as required

• Assist Students on developing exam projects

• Check written tests

• Hold examinations (mid-term assignment, final exam)

• Supporting colleagues on their projects with professional advise

REQUIRED:

• Working experience in F&B area in international company

• Possess sufficient breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop teaching programmes and the provision of learning support.

• English upper-intermediate level

PREFERRED: Teaching experience

• Ability to take responsibility for a number of key areas such as module tutor, research supervision at undergraduate level.

• Ability to develop productive working relationships as part of a professional team
