Your Responsibilities:
- Lead three departments: Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Success;
- Oversee and be accountable for the company s annual revenue and associated expenses;
- Participate in managing key accounts at a strategic level;
- Communicate directly with senior leadership (CEO/COO) of major clients;
- Personally engage in resolving complex issues with existing customers;
- Analyze the effectiveness of all commercial processes and drive their optimization;
- Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy;
- Manage and develop the team, including the three department heads.
What We Expect From You:
We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in inetrnational IT outsourcing environments.
- Deep understanding of all commercial disciplines: lead generation, sales, and customer success;
- Knowledge of current trends in lead generation;
- Proven experience in hands-on sales and high-level client negotiations;
- Strong communication skills with C-level executives (CEO/COO);
- Fluent English proficiency (C1 C2 level);
- Professional and presentable appearance;
- Mandatory hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM;
- Experience managing a team that includes department heads (M3-level managers);
- Ability to operate effectively within a structured system using administrative tools;
- Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
